It's often those behind the scenes, the unsung heroes of the office going quietly about their day, that keep the wheels turning of any business.
Take our Jo Cox in Accounts. We'd be lost without her.
You might not see her on social media much - for one she hates having her photo taken - but two, she is far too busy being absolutely fabulous.
And our landlords think she's rather fabulous too. Ensuring they get paid their rents every month, jo diligently chases rents on their behalf.
She makes life easier by preparing tax statements and tax returns for them and pays contractors for the work they do on their properties.
And when it comes to our tenants, she's on hand for them too. Assisting with applications for Universal Credit claims and offering support if in financial hardship.
